Position Summary:

General Responsibility:
Completes Intrafacility Transfer Form at time of occurrence, including vital signs and Valuables List. Assures all valuables are transferred with patient.
Draws blood for ordered lab.
IV access.
Demonstrates knowledge and ability in the care of the acute care patients based on Standards of Care and Practice of the Emergency Department.

Requirements:
Must FL RN License, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and recent ED experience in an acute care facility.
